US 7783 is a salvage work from another torso project that never panned out and is purely a "fun" project. The head was always kind of fun and resembled the Creature from the Black Lagoon. So I separated it from the torso and rolled with the similarity. 

 The wall mount and specimen number came from the notion that perhaps a group of humans would make sport of these sort of supernatural creatures, and this particular critter is number 7,783. The name is repeated in French for reasons I do not know.
